S4 E1 Reboot : Whole Food Plant-Based Diet and More

The NEW Season 4 kicks off with a new addition: a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet. This new healthy lifestyle diet will be my own personal approach to food and body fat reduction. However, I shall continue to also discuss The Portion Size Control Diet, The Mediterranean Diet and Intermittent Fasting. Which approach is right for you? That is what you need to decide as we journey through an examination of each of these healthy diet options.

My apologies for being away from this podcast for so long. I address this in this first episode of Season 4.
